1. General
- All guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID ( For Indian Nationals , any one of the ID proof – Adhar Card / Election Card / Passport / Driving License . And for Foreign Nationals – Passport with Valid Visa is mandatory )at the time of check-in.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest without assigning a reason, in accordance with the law.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM without prior approval from management.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 01:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Reservation & Payment Policy
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- We follow – Pay & Stay policy . Advance payment / full payment may be required for peak dates, group bookings or special events.
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Occupancy Policy
- Maximum occupancy per room is as per hotel policy.
- Extra bed/mattress will be provided at an additional charge.
- Children above 5 years will be charged as adults.
6. Tariffs & Taxes
- All tariffs are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes are subject to change as per government regulations.
7. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- Loud music, parties, or nuisance causing disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited.
8. Government Rules & Regulations Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Activities
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas (penalties applicable).
- Consumption of alcohol is Not permitted as per local laws.
- Illegal activities, including use of narcotics, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
- During their stay in the Hotel, the Guests are requested to observe/obey the Government Rules and Regulat ions and any law for the time being in force in respect of registration. Alcoholic drinks / Illegal substances are strictly prohibited to use and/or engage or guest are involved in related in unlaw ful activity.
9. Safety & Belongings
- Guests are advised to keep their valuables in the room safe or hotel locker.
- The hotel authority is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
10. Force Majeure
- The hotel shall not be liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, unforeseen reasons or emergencies.
- Hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages in any kind , which is beyond the control of the management such as – natural disasters, any kind of accidental damages, any kind of Fire or Flood incident.
For any of the above , hotel shall not be held responsible for any kind of Damages . Guests are advised to held their own Insurance .
11. Website Use
- The content on this website is for general information only.
- Unauthorized use of the website content may give rise to a claim for damages.
12. Privacy Policy
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
13. Amendments
- The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice
14. Insurance Disclaimer
- The hotel does not provide insurance coverage for guests, their belongings, or vehicles.
- Guests are advised to arrange their own travel, health, and personal insurance prior to arrival. Hotel authority will not be held responsible for any kind of losses or damages.
15. Hygiene Disclaimer
- The hotel shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the use of hotel amenities, linen, toiletries, food, beverages, or other supplies. Hotel has taken all steps to keep the things as per basic need.
- Guests are requested to inform the hotel staff in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The hotel shall not be liable for allergic reactions.
- Hotel takes utmost care about the food hygiene . Hotel provides food to number of people everyday – if any particular person or group faces any food poisoning kind of situation – hotel authority shall not be held responsible for the same .
16. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat courts.
